Generally, women use colored cosmetics to bring out the color of the skin, to hide skin blemishes and protect the skin from pollution, dust and ultraviolet rays. Colored cosmetic products are mainly classified as a powder type product and a gel type base. As the content of powder type products is dispersed during use, and the adhesion on a face decreases when the powder type product is applied to the face, the use of gel type bases gradually increases. The base is prepared by mixing ingredients such as a binder and an emulsifier in a raw material of the color powder type, by melting and then cooling the mixture to a predetermined temperature, then by storing or transporting the content in a cosmetic container such as a compact container. This base is then used with a makeup tool such as a tampon. However, since the conventional compact container directly contains the cosmetic product or contains a sponge impregnated with the cosmetic product, and the cosmetic product or the sponge is directly drawn by the tampon, there is a waste of cosmetic product according to the pressure applied by the user on the cosmetic product or on the sponge. In addition, the conventional compact container is used in such a way that the cosmetic product which impregnates the sponge passes over the makeup pad while coming into contact with skin such as the skin of the face, and when the pad is applied in a manner repeated and comes into contact with the sponge impregnated with the cosmetic product, the cosmetic product is contaminated by viruses, germs and bacteria which are present on the skin. The cosmetic product is placed inside the content container 30, and the content container 30 is mounted inside the outer container 10. The content container 30 includes a bottom surface 32, an inner wall 34 extending upward from the bottom surface 32, and an outer wall 36 spaced apart by a predetermined interval and extending upward from the wall interior 34. The dispensing device 40 may comprise a pump housing 41 coupled to an upper part of the content container 30, a cylinder 42 formed in the center of the pump housing 41, and provided, in a bottom surface thereof, with a content suction hole 48, a suction valve tray 43 mounted on a bottom surface of the cylinder 42 for selectively opening and closing the content suction hole 48, a socket 44 deposited on an upper end of the cylinder 42 and coupled to an outside side of the cylinder 42, a vertically moving element 45 which moves up and down on the bush 44, an elastic element 46 intended to resiliently support the vertical moving element 45, a piston 47 coupled to the vertical displacement element 45 to move up and down in the cylinder 42 at the same time as the vertical displacement element 45, and a packing e of piston 49 mounted around an outer side of piston 47 and establishing close contact with an inner surface of cylinder 42. The pump housing 41 is coupled to the upper part of the content container 30 to seal the content container 30. A lower projecting wheel 414 extending downward from an outer side of the pump housing 41 is mounted between the inner wall 34 and the outer wall 36 of the content container 30. A fixed projecting wheel 416 undergoing pressure from the thrust threshold 86 of the coupling shoulder 80 is formed on an external periphery of the bottom projecting wheel 414. A first locking threshold 442 formed on the sleeve 44 and a second locking threshold 452 formed on the vertically moving element 45 are hooked to each other, which prevents the vertically moving element 45 from being separate from socket 44. The presentation tray 50 is coupled to the upper part of the vertical displacement element 45 of the dispensing device 40, and the presentation tray 50 is provided in its center with a dispensing passage 52 for moving the cosmetic product discharged by the distribution device 40. The presentation tray 50 is provided, on an upper surface, with an annular assembly groove 54, and the assembly groove 56 is formed on an outside side of the annular assembly groove 54. The pallet 60 is coupled to the upper part of the presentation tray 50, and the pallet 60 is provided with an internal dispensing passage 62 for bringing the cosmetic product which has passed through the dispensing passage 52 of the presentation tray 50 to to the distribution holes 72 of the transparent distribution plate 70. An assembly projecting wheel 64 is formed on a lower surface of the pallet 60 to be housed in the annular assembly groove 54, and the assembly protrusion 66 is formed on an outer side of the assembly projecting wheel 64 , to be housed in the assembly groove 56 of the presentation tray 50. The presentation plate 50 can be coupled to the underside of the pallet 60 by ultrasonic welding, by high frequency welding or by thermal welding, or it can be glued by means of an adhesive, or coupled by means of an undercut. Pallet 60 is made of an opaque material to serve as a background, so that the images or characters printed on the bottom of the transparent dispensing tray 70 appear more clearly to the consumer. The transparent distribution tray 70 is made of a material of the transparent or translucent synthetic resin type, and various images or characters to be delivered to the consumer are printed on the bottom of the transparent distribution tray 70. The pallet 60 is formed on a lower face of the transparent distribution plate 70 by injection molding with insert or by double injection molding. In addition, a ring-shaped rim member 61 having a curved inner peripheral surface can be formed on the upper face of the transparent dispensing tray 70 by injection molding with insert or by double injection molding, the rim member 61 serving to prevent the cosmetic product from flowing down, outside the transparent distribution tray 70, when the cosmetic product dispensed on the upper part of the transparent distribution tray 70 is crushed with the pad. There are therefore problems because the information supply function is not performed sufficiently, the container becomes dirty, and the assembly process to insert the information delivery tray 3 is cumbersome, which lowers the productivity . According to the present invention, the characters or images are printed directly on the transparent distribution plate, and the pallet 60 is formed on the underside of the transparent distribution plate 70 by means of injection molding with insert or by double molding. injection, which eliminates the play between the transparent distribution plate 70 and the pallet 60, so that the cosmetic product distributed by the distribution device 40 cannot infiltrate between the transparent distribution plate 70 and the pallet 60. In the following, a method of assembling the compact container described above comprising a transparent distribution plate allowing an information supply function and preventing the infiltration of foreign substances in a lower part thereof will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. To assemble the compact container comprising a transparent distribution plate allowing an information supply function and preventing the infiltration of foreign substances in a lower part thereof according to the present invention, firstly, as shown in the figures 4 and 5, the content container 30 is inserted into the external container 10 which is hinged on one of its sides with the external container cover 20. Then, the rise plate 38 is mounted in the content container 30, the cosmetic product is injected, then the pump housing 41 of the dispensing device 40 is coupled to the upper part of the content container 30, so that the wheel lower projection 414 of the pump housing 41 is mounted and coupled between the inner wall 34 and the outer wall 36 of the content container 30. Then the suction valve plate 43, the bush 44, the elastic element 46, the piston 47, the piston lining 49 and the vertically moving element 45 are mounted on the upper part of the pump housing 41. Then, the presentation plate 50, the pallet 60 and the transparent distribution plate 70 are coupled to the top of the vertically moving element 45 of the distribution device 40. The coupling protrusion 14 of the outer container 10 is coupled to the coupling groove 84 of the coupling shoulder 80, and simultaneously the upper end of the fixed projecting wheel 416 of the pump housing 41 is pushed and fixed by the thrust threshold 86 of the coupling shoulder 80, which completes the assembly of the container compact comprising a transparent distribution tray allowing a function of providing information and preventing the infiltration of foreign substances in a lower part thereof according to the present invention. In the following, a method of using the compact container, which is assembled by means of the above method and which comprises a transparent distribution tray allowing a function of providing information and preventing the infiltration of foreign substances in a lower part thereof, will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 6 is a sectional view showing a state of distribution of a cosmetic product on a transparent distribution plate of a compact container comprising a transparent distribution plate allowing a function of supplying information and preventing the infiltration of substances foreign in a lower part thereof according to the present invention. Figure 7 is a sectional view showing a state of introduction of a cosmetic product into a cylinder of a compact container having a transparent distribution plate allowing a function of providing information and preventing the infiltration of foreign substances in a lower part thereof according to the present invention. To use the compact container comprising a transparent distribution plate allowing an information supply function and preventing the infiltration of foreign substances in a lower part thereof according to the present invention, the outer container lid is first opened 20 by pressing the button 12 of the outer container 10. When the outer container lid 20 is opened, as shown in Figure 3, the images or characters printed on the bottom of the transparent dispensing tray 70 are projected at the top of the transparent dispensing tray 70 and delivered to the consumer. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the user exerts pressure on the upper surface of the transparent distribution plate 70 with a makeup tool such as a tampon. When the transparent distribution tray 70 is subjected to this pressure, the pallet 60 injection molded with insert or molded by double injection with the transparent distribution tray 70 and the presentation tray 50 glued to the lower side of the pallet 60 are also moved towards the bottom, while the vertically moving element 45, the piston 47 and the piston lining 49 coupled to the lower side of the presentation plate 50 are moved together downwards, which causes a reduction in the internal volume of the cylinder 42. Consequently, a pressure is created inside the cylinder 42, and a discharge pressure is produced because the cosmetic product present in the cylinder 42 tends to be discharged outside due to the pressure, so that the tray of the suction valve 43 closes the content suction hole 48 formed on the bottom surface of the cylinder 42. Simultaneously, as shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 6, the cosmetic product housed in the cylinder 42 is discharged between the piston 47 and the piston lining 49, passes into the distribution passage 52 of the presentation tray 50, passes into the distribution passage 62 of the pallet 60, and is pushed back to the distribution holes 72 of the transparent distribution plate 70. At this time, as the pallet 60 is formed on the lower side of the transparent distribution plate 70 by injection molding with insert or double injection molding to eliminate the clearance between the transparent distribution plate 70 and the pallet 60, the cosmetic product discharged by the distribution device 40 cannot infiltrate between the transparent distribution plate 70 and the pallet 60. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, when the pressure exerted on the transparent distribution plate 70 is released, the presentation plate 50 is moved upwards by the elasticity of the elastic element 46 intended to support so elastic the presentation tray 50, while the vertically moving element 45, the piston 47 and the piston lining 49 coupled to the lower side of the presentation tray 50 are moved together upwards, which causes an increase in internal volume of cylinder 42, and therefore a vacuum. Simultaneously, the suction valve plate 43 is raised by the vacuum produced inside the cylinder 42, which opens the content suction hole 48 formed on the lower surface of the cylinder 42, thus the cosmetic product housed in the content container 30 is introduced into the cylinder 42 passing through the content suction hole 48, while the rise plate 38 placed in the content container 30 moves upwards.

Claims (7) [1" id="c-fr-0001] 1. Compact container comprising a transparent distribution plate allowing a function of providing information and preventing the infiltration of foreign substances into a lower part of the transparent distribution plate, the compact container comprising: a presentation tray (50) having an internal distribution passage (52); a pallet (60) formed at the top of the presentation tray (50), and provided with an internal distribution passage (62); and the transparent distribution plate (70) formed on an upper part of the pallet (60), provided with distribution holes (72), and made of a transparent or translucent material, in which: images or characters are printed on a bottom of the transparent distribution tray (70) and projected onto a top of the transparent distribution tray (70), the pallet (60) is formed on a lower side of the transparent distribution tray (70) by injection molding with insert or by double injection molding, and the presentation plate (50) is coupled to a lower side of the pallet (60), thereby forming a single component. Compact container according to claim 1, in which the presentation tray (50), the pallet (60) and the transparent dispensing tray (70) are coupled adjacent to a dispensing device (40) for dispensing a product. cosmetic placed in a container with content (30). Compact container according to claim 1, in which the presentation plate (50) is glued to the underside of the pallet (60) by ultrasonic welding, by high frequency welding or by thermal welding, or else glued to the underside of the pallet (60) 10 by means of an adhesive, or coupled to the underside of the pallet (60) by means of an undercut.
